RJ Surya also known as Surya Narayana (Konda Babu) is a very famous radio jockey, anchor, writer, mimicry artist and anchor. RJ Surya was born in Pasuvllanka, East Godavari and was bought up in Bhimavaram, West Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, India.
In 1996, parents of RJ Surya moved from Pasuvllanka, East Godavari to Bhimavaram,, West Godavari. He had a younger which he lost due to failure of kidney.
The talented personality completed his schooling at Zilla Parishad high school in Pasuvullanka and Zilla Parishad high school in Bhimavaram. After that RJ Surya completed his B.Com degree from CSN college, Bhimavaram. Later on he joined a government college to complete M.Com but he left his studies due to his love failure.
During that time, he got to know via a friend that Red Fem Telugu is conducting auditions for the RJ job. He then attended the auditions and got selected.
In year 2013, RJ Surya then moved to Hyderabad and initiated his career as a Radio Jockey in Red Fem Telugu. At same time, he also wrote comedy skits for his latest programs in Red Fem Telugu.
In year 2016, Surya started his career as an actor in Telugu movie industry with the movie ‘Guntur Talkies’ and then he took his career forward and started acting in other movies like Garuda Vega etc.
From a very young age RJ Surya use to practice Mimicry and also participated in some mimicry competitions.
In 2017 he also joined Sakshi TV as a Mimicry artist and also hosted a program ‘Mimicri Mela’ for a short duration of time.
Later on he joined TV9 Telugu and also worked as an artist ‘Konda Babu’ in Ismart News.With the help of this show, he gained fame across entire Telugu states.
